Return Process for parts – how it works
To ensure your return is processed quickly and smoothly, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Register Your Return Submit your return via our online form below, or send the filled PDF (Link) to: spareparts@ivaschmetz.com
Step 2: Include the Return Slip Print and enclose the return slip with your shipment — alternatively, use the digital option via the online form.
Step 3: Incoming Inspection at IVA Schmetz Once received, the component will be carefully checked by our service team.
Step 4: Repair Offer or Immediate Action You’ll receive a repair estimate — depending on its condition, we may also suggest a replacement or direct repair.
Step 5: Customer Decision Once you’ve approved, we begin the repair or carry out the agreed service measures.
Step 6: Professional Restoration & Testing The component is restored according to manufacturer specifications, tested and fully documented.
Step 7: Return Shipment to Customer After completion, we promptly ship the component to your specified delivery address.
